Integrate and Arcadia New Media Services partnered to deliver a touch-screen jukebox that displays a gallery of pictures from each event. HQ HR Online

Integrate conducted focus groups and taxonomy exercises with the generalists to gain a better understanding of how the role of HQHR was perceived and how content should be classified on the website. Based on the findings from the focus group along with a detailed site analysis, outdated and extraneous material was removed, pertinent information was added, and a new, streamlined navigational structure was implemented. Furthermore, the design was enhanced to highlight HQHR as strategic partners and to familiarize corporate employees with their HR representatives. Finally, Integrate provided HQHR with a detailed communication plan designed to cut through the information clutter, increase awareness and promote the new direction of HQHR.

DASHR integrates with the Johnson & Johnson Enterprise HR Database to produce distributable metrics for each of Corporate Headquarters functional groups. DASHR pulls population data from the enterprise Oracle database and produces metrics aligned with the Johnson & Johnson enterprise dashboard.
